  • Risk Management, which includes: fraud mitigation and management, authentication and acceptance;

  • Transaction processing, which includes: compliance monitoring, scheme operations, disputes/chargebacks, capturing payments, settlement;

  • Marketing, which includes: customer acquisition, usage analysis, lead generation and cross sell/up sell;

  • Relationship Management, which includes: supplier relationship management and customer relationship management;

  • Products, which includes: data analytics, business finance, self-service, fraud service, foreign exchange service, currency services, as well as the development of new products.

Who We Share Your Information with and Why

Whenever we share Personal Information internally or with third parties, we ensure the necessary safeguards are in place to protect it.

Independent sales agents

We share information with independent sales agents (referral partners) who act on our behalf.

When funds are transferred from a payer to a payee, the transaction involves other financial institutions, banks or a specialised financial company. Ronghan may process payments through such other financial institutions. These external organisations may process and store your personal information abroad and we and they may have to disclose your information to foreign authorities to help them in their fight against crime and terrorism. To process payments we have to share information about the transaction with other financial institution, such as your name and account number. We also share information with financial sector specialists who assist us with payment services like: • payments and transactions worldwide; • processing electronic transactions worldwide; and • settling domestic and cross-border security transactions and payment transactions.
Sometimes we share information with banks or financial institutions in other countries, for example when you make or receive a foreign payment.

When we use other service providers we only share Personal Information that is required for the particular task we involve the service provider for. Service providers support us with activities like: performing certain services and operations;

For example, Legal and regulatory compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and KYC requirements, operational demands, business requirements or dates we assigned based on types or contracts will also need to be factored into and may require retention for a period of up to 7 years after the data was collected or after the merchant or other customer relationship has ended.

Children

The Sites are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 do not use the Sites or provide any information about yourself including without limitation your name, address, email address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
